I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Horizon Media (New York, NY) in Nov 2015
Interview
Very thorough interview process with 10+ people across the account I would be working on plus others spanning multiple rounds. The interviews were scheduled quickly, and everyone I met with was on time and asked great questions around my background and what I could offer Horizon. The "feeling" I got walking around the agency and talking to people was very positive, with people walking around with smiles on their faces. When I met with one of the EVPs, Bill Koenigsberg popped in for a 5 minute chat - super cool to meet the CEO randomly like that.
