I applied online and was instantly asked to do a phone screening. HR completely forgot about our interview and didnt get back to me until a few days later. After rescheduling I had phone screening then was scheduled for an in person interview. I was told to prepare for short 5 question quiz. This test was def not 5 questions, it was a 40 min test on emails, math, and creating a whole excel spread sheet. Interviewers seemed like they had no idea what to ask candidates.
