Really an awful experience. There was nothing wrong with the phone screenings, but I have applied for two positions at this company. The first time, they decided at the last minute to change the position to a higher level role. The second time, they canceled the role also at the last minute. This really doesn't seem like a very good company. Apply somewhere else.
