The initial interview was with a talent recruiter, and then with the potential manager in the hiring dept. and another manager in the hiring dept. I interviewed over the phone but probably would have in-person had I been closer to the city. The interviews were very informational and everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful! They were genuinely interested in the conversation which made for a great interview.
