Very quick and stress free process. I applied once the posting went live on LinkedIn. I heard back the following day to schedule a phone screen with one of the recruiters. The conversation was laid back and engaging. It was more focused on my interests and what I am looking for in terms of a career. We scheduled to meet the same week for a face to face interview, where I met with 4-5 other employees. Everyone I met was so friendly and they were interested in learning about my experiences. I heard back the same week to schedule another face to face to meet the VP of Talent. He was super friendly and laid back. He wanted to know more about my personal interests and where I am looking to develop a career. After this meeting, I heard back within a few weeks with an offer and I accepted!
