The initial phone interview was more than just a quick five minutes which I feel is rare for the industry. The Talent Recruiter cared to tell me why I should join horizon and went in depth of the employee benefits, agency structure, etc. From there I was brought in for an in-person interview with two directors and an AMD. The interviews lasted for shortly under two hours. Within 24 hours, the talent recruiter called me to share feedback coming out of the interview. And a day or two later called to offer me the position. The recruiter I worked with was so unbelievably helpful throughout the interview and decision process. Overall, best interview experience I've had to date.
