phone interview, then in-person. I was told the phone interview went well, and I was invited to come in. Standard questions + a seemingly arbitrary math test. calculator supplied.

The internship process was quite long. Applications were due in January, then I had an in-person interview (a rep came to visit my school). I soon got an email that I did not get the position I wanted, but a few days later they told me they wanted to interview me for another position. I was one of six to be interviewed over Skype for the position and I got it. I believe it definitely benefited me that I attended Horizon Hack Day in January and maintained contact with many of the people I met throughout the process.

Interview
I applied via LinkedIn, a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone interview in which then led to scheduling an in person interview at their NYC office. I met with four four different people for a half hour each. Very conversational, very comfortable, very welcoming. Overall great experience.
