Interview
I applied online and reached out to a few people on LinkedIn to help my resume get to a live person within the agency. About a week later, a recruiter emailed me to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was simple, basic questions asking about my personality, interest in the company and some of my strengths/weaknesses. That day we set up an in-person interview for the next week. (I interviewed with 3 teams) Each team had a different interview set up which was kind of confusing. 1 interview with 2 people for 20 minutes long and then 2 interviews that were 3 people individually 30 minutes each. I got a call back that same day for an offer.

The initial phone interview with HR is a great experience. They were super friendly and very communicative on what your role would be and what to expect next. The next round you meet with team members where you would be joining. Everyone is super nice.
