HR missed two scheduled phone interviews right off the bat. I understand scheduling one interview and having an emergency to leave the office, but missing a second interview with no email or call after the fact is extremely unprofessional.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Horizon Media (New York, NY) in Sep 2019
Interview
Everything from the recruiting process to the onsite interview was great. The HR rep I worked with truly cared about my success in this position and the interview process. He was constantly checking in to make sure I felt comfortable through each step of the process and even connected me with his colleagues when he went on vacation.
The interview was great and everyone I met with (5 people) were engaging/involved in the conversations. Occasionally during interviews interviewers feel forced to be there but not at Horizon they truly wanted to know me and my work ethic.
Everything about the process was great and I am glad I ended up here.
