I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Horizon Media (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
Spoke to the recruiter on the phone for a brief informational interview before I was invited to come to the office and meet with the team I was interviewing for. I met with the 4 people currently on the team in groups of 2 for about 30 minutes each. The interviews were very conversational, we went over my previous experience and how I would apply my past work to the position I was applying for. Following the first set of interviews, I was asked back to the office to meet with the heads of the department and had another similar interview which lasted about 30 minutes. I received an offer from the recruiter the following day.
Interviewers were incredibly kind and made the experience 10 times more comfortable. Had a recruiter call, and then an interview with some of the Supervisors and Senior Strategists. Waiting to hear back.

The interview process wasn't too bad. Phone screen to start, then I passed that and was asked to take two assessments. After that, I had three interviews back to back which sounds daunting but it was great to knock them out all at once. Overall great experience my interviewers were super nice.
