I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Horizon Media in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview process with Horizon was very enjoyable overall. I first received an email from HR to set up time for a 15-30 minute phone interview, and after I made it through that round I scheduled my actual interview. I was unfortunately unable to come into the NYC office on the day of the interview, so Horizon was very accommodating and allowed me to do it via Skype. The process was very quick, I happily accepted their offer and I'm excited to start working.

Give me an example of a time you had to think on your feet
My interview process was seamless and handled professionally. The HR team was prompt in their responses and was super thorough in communicating each step of the process. This was especially helpful for a recent college graduate - they were extremely approachable and I felt well prepared.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Horizon Media (New York, NY)
Interview
The first interaction with employees and the recruiter were friendly. The interviewer was unfriendly and seemed to have no knowledge of my coming. I was introduced to other employees for the interview who also seemed unaware of my arrival. Basic questions only about their business. Didn't have interest in the person they were interviewing.
