There were three rounds including initial phone screen with HR, one on-site with a group and reference check. The process was really quick, efficient and well coordinated. They know what they are looking for and are quick at making decisions. Also, one of the interviewers during my on-site gave me quite the warm welcome as he greeted me in my mother tongue. A small gesture like that lead to a great conversation instead of a Q&A session.
