The process was pleasant and painless. As with most companies, it began with a quick call with an HR representative. From there I had a couple interviews, back to back with the search engine marketing team leaders. Lastly, I was given a quick excel assessment. I heard back on their response within a week. The interviewers were kind and helpful - no complaints!
