Interview
I had a quick chat with a representative from human resources over the phone to talk about positions for multiple teams. The following week I met with 2 members of each team in person for about 30min-40min each. Then I was called back for a follow-up interview with one of the teams. They were all very eager not just to understand my competencies, but also my interests and hobbies; they really want to get to know you on a personal level as well as professional. They were all very personable and I felt very comfortable.
