A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. After 4 rounds of interviews they went completely silent. I was told I’d hear back in one week and I did not. I followed up after another week and a half and was told they were still trying to figure things out and would get back to me “ASAP.” That was over 3 months ago lol. It’s one thing to not hear back after applying for a job but to never hear back after several rounds of interviews is just disrespectful. At the very least let interviewees know that you’re moving forward with other candidates.
