Interview Process was very simple - after a brief phone interview with an HR rep, I was invited to an in-person interview with the team. Once on-site, I first met with the HR rep to go over some basics about the company, and answer any questions that I had. Then met with my potential direct supervisor, followed by the VP (head of the team). Everyone I came into contact with was extremely kind and welcoming, and really made me feel at ease. Just walking into the office, you can feel the positive energy. Questions were fairly straightforward, asking about my experience as a Negotiator, as well as why I was interested in working at Horizon. The interviews all went well, and I received a verbal offer from my HR rep over the phone, just an hour after I finished up.
