Interview
The team members you will meet are all very casual, intelligent, and relaxed. I went in wearing a suit and tie while they donned hoodies and t-shirts. The process is rather simple; you talk to recruiting for an initial interview and then move on to meet a team. If they like you, I hear it’s a quick turnaround for an offer. However, you better make it seem like you need to be in media or else the world will implode. You must make sure, even if they tell you they identified several transferable skills, that you beat the dead horse with experiences and very meticulously laying out how those skills are transferable. Simply recounting how you used excel in your previous job to analyze data and explaining what you did + the outcome is insufficient for excel skills and attention to detail.
While this appears to be a good place to work, perhaps it is not. The talent acquisition partner was unprofessional and rude during our conversations after the first team I met moved in a different direction. You better not mention you have a job or other offers; your TA partner might explain how unprofessional it is to decline things and leave jobs so soon, even if this is the industry and organization you truly desire to be in to develop and nurture a life-long career goal.
All in all, you have to be perfection and then some. If you aren’t already a business or marketing person with years of experience, forget it. While roles are labeled “entry level,” you can expect to need to know how to do it all already.

Interview
The interview process wasn't too bad. Phone screen to start, then I passed that and was asked to take two assessments. After that, I had three interviews back to back which sounds daunting but it was great to knock them out all at once. Overall great experience my interviewers were super nice.
