The interview process at Horizon Media was efficient, communicative, informative, collaborative and thorough. It was appropriately challenging and in-depth, without requiring project-like interview "homework," which I've done for other roles. I met with many smart, passionate people who clearly wanted to make a smart hiring choice for a position new to the organization. The interviews were conversational rather than direct question/answer, although some of them started there. I was informed throughout the process on status and next steps.
