I received a phone call after applying for a position on indeed.com. The lady I spoke with from HR was amazing and I had a phone call with her before going into the office to meet with the people who I'd be potentially working with. They ended up not hiring anyone for that specific role, but a few weeks later I received and email from the same woman working in HR saying that another position had opened up. I went in and interviewed with the person who I would be working under and ended up being offered the position. Both times that I went in to talk to people were very positive experiences. You walk in the office and just notice how great the work culture is how incredible the office is in general. It didn't really feel like an interview, rather than just a really great conversation. This was probably the best interview experience I have had thus far while living in NYC.

I applied on LinkedIn and received an email the next day setting up a screen phone interview. It was the basic interview questions and brief. I was asked to have an interview with the manager but I declined because of the low 38k pay.
