Had an initial interview with a recruiter. He told me I was extremely qualified and it went really well. He then emailed me to set up an additional interview a couple of days later. I responded immediately. He followed up on one, and then proceeded to ignore 3 of my follow-up emails and I never heard from them again. Just got a rejection letter about 9 months later.
