Interview
Phone screening, then I went to their office to take a short math quiz and speak with 3 potential team members for 30 minutes each. The final step was meeting with the group's director for 30 minutes. I think I was supposed to meet another director, but she was busy.
Overall the process was smooth. Everyone I met with was extremely pleasant. They asked me some questions about my skills and background, and those topics eventually came up as I described my interest in the company, however, their interview style was more of a personality read. It seemed like they just wanted to know what type of person I am, and if I would mesh with the team. Which is fine by me!

The first interaction with employees and the recruiter were friendly. The interviewer was unfriendly and seemed to have no knowledge of my coming. I was introduced to other employees for the interview who also seemed unaware of my arrival. Basic questions only about their business. Didn't have interest in the person they were interviewing.
