Applied and then heard back by email within about 2 weeks. 1. HR Phone Screener (20-30 min). 2. Phone interview by group director (1 week later, 30 min) 3. In-person interview with at least 2 members of the hiring team: associate director and the account manager (week later, 1 hr) --- The interviews were very conversational but with analytical questions mixed in, not a lot of interview jargon (what's your biggest failure? none of that), and everyone was very friendly.
