I applied online. I interviewed at Horizon Media (New York, NY) in Jun 2017
Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone screen with the recruiter that included a short technical quiz, a phone screen with the hiring manager covering some basic high-level questions, a coding test, and, lastly, an on-site interview with the entire team. Everyone at Horizon was very responsive and respectful throughout the entire process. The on-site interview was very informal and the original agenda was shuffled around quite a bit and extended by an additional 2 hours. It was definitely unorganized, which I can understand and don't really mind. What prevented me from moving forward after the on-site was Horizon is very much an add agency first without a very strong technical presence, and this was not something I was interested in.
