Interview
The entire interview process was very professional and the Talent team was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The day of the interview, everyone was very welcoming and it helped to set the tone for the process. My first interview was 1.5 hours long and I met with 3 different people from the team. I moved onto a second round, and this process was a ~25 minute phone call with another team member. Overall, my interview process at Horizon was a positive experience.
