How did you prepare for today?

Reading your review it sounds like you did 0 research on Alaska or FA interview process. This literally sounds like EVERY MAJOR AIRLINE INTERVIEW PROCESS. They start your day early and keep you for close to 8 hours, have a group interview portion (to see how well you play with others), then they bring you in for the one and one and see if you're enough of a self starter (since FA's are not micro managed they need to be self starters and motivated) to do research on the company you are interviewing for rather than approaching each airlines as just "some job". It's also very common for the majority of the applicants in the group interview to NOT be selected. Again, google. Alaska is actually one of the highest paying airlines since their new contract in 2014, with excellent work rules, incentives, bonus pay and benefits. Again something you would be educated on if you did any actual research (GOOGLE). Many major airlines don't provide transportation to their interviews, DL, AA, WN are some of the few that actually do fly applicants out for interviews so telling people to not bother with an airline if they won't fly you out is just ignorant. To some up my comment: Learn how to research a company and the FA interview process before making ignorant statements. I don't even work for Alaska and I'm glad you didn't get hired.
