I applied online. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group
Interview
Disappointing. For some reason, I was given a phone interview with someone in Florida when I applied for a position in Chicago. The interviewer's reason for this was because I had apparently "applied for a job in Florida," when in actuality I did not. I corrected the person interviewing me, and then they continued to tell me that they normally don't handle the Healthcare Analyst position interviews. They then proceeded to cut off the interview after only about 5 minutes to tell me to apply for an entry-level job so that I'd be able to "work my way up in the company." This job specifically said "entry-level" to begin with. When I told my interviewer this, I was given another excuse and not a true explanation as to why this job, that comes with training (at least that's what the site said), was not a job I should be interested in. Overall my interviewer was very unprofessional and I am saddened that my interview went this way.

Interview
Very nice and straight up throughout the entire process, great people and culture. I never felt I was left in the dark at all and they were in constant communication.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2022
Interview
They are super kind people; pretty much a general analyst interview with 45 min zoom calls and questions. The case interview was not too bad but did have a hard math problem at the end. However, the interviewer did a good job of helping you get through it. Just make sure you go over every single step and thought you have so they can help you out!
