I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group in Jun 2022
Interview
Had five interviews with peers and directors as well as an HR phone screen. The recruiter was great at keeping me up to date with the process and giving me feedback along the way, up until the end when they completely ghosted me. It was quite jarring to get extremely positive ongoing feedback, both from HR and from the people I was interviewing with during my interviews with them, and then to be given absolutely no closure about the position. Finally I logged into the HR portal and saw the position was closed, but I was never notified.

Interview
Phone screening with recruiter, then 3 virtual interviews with various Directors
Made it to final round, but ultimately did not get selected.
What a great process. The recruiter was my favorite recruiter ever. So transparent, informative, and helpful. All the interviewers were so kind.
I am so bummed I didn't get this role. Really was my dream job and felt I was a great fit. I'd happily apply for another role and would still want to be a part of HCG.
I recently went through a process with a competitor consulting firm and it was garbage compared to HCG.
I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Had a screen with the recruiter for the manager role. Covered basics like salary. Met with a Managing Director and did not hear back after that. Generally covered my experience in the healthcare space - they were looking for some more RCM / Ops heavy experience rather than technology.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2025
Interview
It started with 1) a phone screen with recruiter, 2) a couple of behavior interviews with staff mid-level staff (they had some scripted and some unscripted questions), 3) a very easy case interview about insourcing/outsourcing a dialysis service line, and finally 4) a final interview with a Partner/MD. Heard back from the recruiter with an offer within two weeks of the final interview.
