Interview
Beware of this company and their sketchy recruiting practices. I applied to this role when they had a job listing with an upper pay band of 95k. A recruiter reached out to me to say they were interested in connecting but also to tell me that they had “accidentally” posted the wrong pay band, and that it was actually 85k. Whatever, I ignored the red flad and still went ahead with the screening call and it was okay. I did not hear back, which happens so oh well, but saw on LinkedIn that they had reposted the job listing with the original “incorrect” pay band several days later. Seems like a way to try and mislead prospective employees and recruit for an underpaid position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2024
Interview
I made it to the first interview (past the screening process) - the interview was rigorous, thorough, and quite challenging, and even though I was less experienced than they were looking for, I had an overall positive experience with the interviewer. They were very clear about the expectations and did not want to waste my time or delay follow-up.
