Interview
The interview process was well organized for the most part. A few interviews were cancelled in the last minute. It seems like the interviewers weren't coordinated at all, very poor in that front. I had a total of 5 interviews. The first one was with a less experienced interviewer, he didn't allow me to ask any questions as if he was afraid to answer, and he kept asking probing basic questions like tell me 3 strength and weaknesses. The next interview was with a senior manager which was disastrous. He wore jeans and had his shirt tucked out, he had long hair that was not tied up and he was playing with his hair every 1 minute while yawning every other minute. completely unprofessional, and it was not even a Friday to dress down. the questions he asked was unfair and had no answer as it was way too rare and specific. Only the HR lady's interview was well planned and asked educated questions.

Initially two separate conversations with managing directors in the practice group; phone screen with human research specialist; then final round with three 45 minute behaviorial interviews with Directors, followed by 2 hours to review a case, and then 30 minutes to present case to the panel.
