Multi round interview. Competitive. Technical questions will be asked. Preference for former co op students. Based on recent interview finalists and hirees, they tend to be extroverts who are good at "selling themselves". Some lack actual technical knowledge/experience. Overall experience good if you had experience.

Behavioral questions all should be answered in STAR format. Preference on coop work term examples.
Video interview for the eit position using recording software. It's scheduled well in advance so you have lots of time to prepare for all sorts of typical questions, with STAR type answers expected.
Hard interview, they only hired 10 % of interns out of over one hundred. Husky energy typically just the students that did full year co-ops rather than summer work and then you have to interview again after finishing your EIT rotation to get a placement after

Video Screen followed by an in person interview. Video screen is very awkward so prepare in advance. I would practice all the scenario questions beforehand. Overall an average experience.
