I went in initially applying and interviewing for checker because that's what i had experience in. But when i came in, she gave me a list of positions available and asked which one i would like to choose. Checker was not on there so i mentioned i applied for checker and she said its not available and to choose something else within the same department if I'd like. So i chose courtesy clerk, not being happy because i APPLIED and INTERVIEWED for a checker position.

Question 1
What would you like a good and bad manager to be like?
Very straight forward with little hard skills required. Mostly basics on background. Previous experience not necessary. The job is quite flexible on hours and scheduling, but it does depend on location obviously.
Very easy, took less than 30 minutes and asked very simple questions to get a feel for your personality. It’s a very simple role so this is not that surprising.
Not very difficult in my opinion. This is a checker position--they are just trying to understand basic values and decency. Which shouldn't be a problem as long as you have them.
No prep required, I would say.
