easy interview process, computer based process, evaluated words per minute, accuracy and efficiency. Evaluated phone etiquette and voice quality. Need to know the hospitality industry and the customer service business as well. The interviewer was prepared and impartial. The process was about 15 minutes computer and the oral portion of the interview was 20 minutes.
