There was a phone interview, then there was an in-person interview once I cleared the phone interview. Phone interview was 30 minutes, then in-person was a series of 4 30-minute interviews with different members from the team.
Behavioral, no cases, fairly easy and nice people. Virtual. More conversational that anything and was faily efficient at getting scheduled. HR people are contractors but they are nice and call you.

Personal and HR interviews followed by back ground check. A general Skill test was also given to check proficiency. Upon evaluation of the test the interview feedback was given which later led to negotiation.
