Hiring process took about a month and a half. First was contacted by the admin to the VP via email coordinated a time to speak with the VP. A few weeks later met with a panel that included a case study with lots of data and a business scenario. I was perplexed whether to move on and accept it or withdraw my interest as I was not highly thrilled about the role itself. I did end up doing the presentation and did not want to bend backwards by presenting a forecast based on the data that was provided. The data was all as jpeg in a power point. No raw data just an image. Everyone was real nice including the hiring manager but I felt they were checking a box by interviewing a ‘diverse’’ candidate. I felt it from the beginning to end. And obvious that this company like many these days are ‘pushing’ for a diverse talent. No offer as I had suspected which is my main hesitation to ‘do more’ Such a shame
