The recruiter and hiring manager interviews were amazing. Unfortunately, the process was not transparent at all. I was told I would have 2 more interviews to complete, yet the interview coordinator reached out and scheduled me for 3. I had no details on what each one would be for or how to prepare. For one of the three, the interviewers actually asked me which competency they were supposed to be questioning me on... Two of the interviews went well but for the other one, there was a manager interviewing me who was so rude to me. I could tell he did not respect me or the other interviewer in the meeting room. The questions were all conceptual and open ended so I am not sure what answers they were looking for.
