The interview was Very casual. Asked about basic questions about the job role and about the hotel. It was only a thirty minutes process. But should have been done sooner than that because the position was already filled.
It did take a while to hear back for scheduling for an interview. Once interview was scheduled it was like a typical interview. Went to the property, pay doesn’t really get brought up unless you bring it up. Pay tends to be on the lower side unless you’re at a director level.
