Sent resume, follow up phone calls and emails. No response from anyone. 6 weeks later I finally had a job offer from them. Long drawn out process even though they said they needed to fill the position Immediately.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years. I couldn't believe he asked such a stupid question. He even asked me my favorite color, best time of the day, my favorite day, favor football team... Crazy

Questioning phase of the interview were conducted in a very professional and relaxed manner. Management wanted to know more about me and what I felt I could bring to the area. Relaxed tone and manner all through the interview process. Never uneasy.
