I went to a job fair on campus and talked to the campus reps. I handed them a cover letter and resume that had been crafted specifically for them. I ran to their booth the second the door opened and asked them questions based on the hours of research I had done the week before. I applied online the night before the job fair. Heard nothing for five to six months, then finally received an invitation to interview onsite. The interview lasted about 45min-1hr. The first half was entirely behavioral. They didn't ask about my resume at all. The second half was 1 programming question that I completed on a laptop (C#, Visual Studio IDE). I was interviewed by 2 senior software devs.

Very first question: Tell me what you know about Hyland.
The programming question was a tad more complex than I anticipated but it was still easy. I didn't think so at the time but only because I was nervous to have my code projected onto the wall. I don't remember the specifics of the question, but it involved 2 dimensional integer arrays and finding which sub-array had the largest sum if all the elements were added--or something like that.
