I applied roughly 2-3 weeks before I heard back about an interview. I was invited for a video interview using Zoom the next week. I was interviewed by two technical support managers. I was asked questions regarding my customer service abilities and prior technical support experience. The interview felt like a nice conversation about abilities and wasn't stressful at all. There weren't any intense technical questions. Overall a very good interview experience.
