Applied by email and heard from HR months later for an interview. At first it was smooth, then a task was given as a part of the hiring process. It was absolutely a MASSIVE brief which needed to be completed in a very limited time. Yet, received another interview to talk through the task. Then was ghosted by everyone for months, didn’t receive any feedbacks after all until a follow up that let to a rejection via email. At first, it was good, but being ghosted after massive amount of task work without feedbacks just seemed disgusting.
