Interview
Quick Skype call followed by a few email exchanges. The interview was very relaxed and casual. Nothing serious. They just want to get to know who you are, and your personality. Do you vibe with the culture, etc. As long as you're genuine, keep it light, while letting them know you're not a complete idiot, you should be fine.

Interview
I was invited to a zoom interview which I was very excited about, however my overall experience was far from positive. While one of the interviewees was very kind and genuine, the other made me feel clearly judged and it felt as though they were trying to catch me out. Considering this was for an intern position, I found some of the questions excessively challenging and an attempt to find a reason not to hire me. I left the interview feeling completely put off the role and applying to the company again.

They reviewed the position with me, and then asked me a couple of general questions. Then, they asked me a couple questions about research and development. They were very easy going and nice.
I previously applied for the summer internship program (totally forgot about because now I’m currently looking for a full time job) got a email saying I was a good fit for the position and did a call the following week. I thought the interview went very well especially when they told me the names of the people who I would be working with and a few other things etc I didn’t hear back from anyone yet I’ve emailed the HR person and nobody got back to me. As I’m reading the comments people experience the same thing which is sad especially if your going for an 80k job …. At least let the person know your denying them
