An absolute joke. Initial recruiter call was very encouraging with HR, seemed very interested in me. Took 4 weeks to set up the hiring manager call, during which my questions were ignored and my emails never responded to. The hiring manager seemed disinterested and made it clear the job description was only focused on one bullet point. They basically ignored everything else. Also made clear during the call was that this company has no boundaries for life/work balance. Overtime or weekends would likely be regular. After the interview, I was ghosted.
