Worst interview process I've ever experienced. I did about 3 out of 4 stages. The first stage was a video call and they hadn't prepared any questions to ask me, they were discussing among themselves in front of me what to ask and even said things like "Oh I feel mean if I ask her this." The 2nd stage was a huge task to complete over a weekend and after they reviewed my task I then got invited to a second in person interview, they told me the wrong address for the office (one where they use to work but not any longer) and no one in the building knew how to contact them to let them know I was there (I was only ever in contact with HR who stopped replying to my emails weeks before this). The receptionist of the building managed to get hold of one of them and told me they would call me and to go wait in their old office. I ended up waiting over an hour in total just to get a call to say they will be rescheduling my interview. I then went to my rescheduled interview to present the idea I had shared with them just for them to be really negative about my ideas – what was the point in inviting me to a final interview based on the task if they didn't like my ideas?
