The recruiter was very professional, we have an interview of more then 2 hours and we did not feel when the time passed. After that I had the second interview with the HR Manager, a very relaxing and comfortable dialogue. In the end they have scheduled the third interview for me with the recruiter, HR Manager and the Country HR Manager, composed from a role play and a feedback session. The communication was very good, the feedback was great, the synergy was remarkable.
