I went through one round with a recruiter and then two rounds with Sales Engineering Managers. The second interview included a demo for a music platform. Overall the process was very behavior-based. No technical questions.
While both managers were friendly, they didn't spend much time asking me about my qualifications. My final round consisted of me speaking with the manager and learning more about the role itself. The only question that he asked me was "What do you enjoy doing for fun?"
The process was slow, and the recruiter did not communicate well between interviews. I didn't get a chance to highlight my qualifications during my interview, so I suspect there was an internal hire that they knew they were going to choose from the beginning. What a waste of time.
