      Assistant Development Manager Interview

      Jun 15, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ICICI Bank in Mar 2012

      Interview

The selection process was conducted in two phases: Phase I: Psychometric test (It was not an elimination round) and on the next day Phase II: We first had GD round (Case study based) in group of 10-11 members in each group There were 75 candidates who appeared for GD round and only 29 were selected for final round which was personal interview. The panel consisted of 2 members. 11 candidates were finally selected for the job. Some of the questions asked in PI round are as follows: 1) Tell me about yourself. 2) How much are you comfortable with the location? Are you willing to locate anywhere in India or not? 3) Are you comfortable with location like mujaffarpur where there is always heavy power-cut? 4) Explain what was your job profile in your previous job. and so on. There were no such technical questions asked in interview. Overall, it was a very good experience. :-)
