Interview
Phone Interview, Assessment test were straight forward. Second interview then followed, which was one on one with a manager/hiring manager. If you get the position, they will call or email you. Then background check.
friendly people. The interview questions were quite normal, professional and friendly. they call each other by first name. The general rules, salary package and working conditions were fairly good. not a high paid position but safety measurement and systems are automated and well-organised.
Casual and calm with a wide range of questions about me as a person, structure and time management skills. Questions about my best and worst qualities and future plans, with the aspect of development of competencies and assigments within the organization.
It was great and very helpful. The interviewers were nice and thoughtful. I have no complaints. My current team manager interviewed me and he's been great so far. The briefing was superb as well from the HR team.
