Interview

Very thorough, well managed and clearly communicated process. Very challenging interview, provided great perspective on the actual work. The recruiter I worked with, Mike Homula, led and guided me through the process with great communication and created a great experience. Though I did not get an offer, the process was outstanding and he was one of the best recruiters I have ever worked with. The way the company handled the decline and reasons for not extending an offer was exceptional. Good culture with good values that showed up in the interview.

Interview

I met the recruiter at a campus Career Fair and then went through three rounds of interviews. The first was a phone interview with the recruiter. Second interview was a "Dynamic Model" presentation where you have to present a data model you've worked on before. Third round was in-office and it was mostly group-based followed by an interview with a director at the end of the day.

Interview

There are generally 4 phases. First, there is a general phone interview with a recruiter. Second, there is an online personality evaluation. Third, there is a webinar where you show employees a technical model you've developed. Finally, there is an on-site case study presentation and interview. Logistically, they may fly you to Mayfield, Ohio (near Cleveland), but they pay for the flight and taxi.

The case study was challenging. About a week before the on-site interview, they provide you with a set of data and some assumptions. They ask that you analyze the data and create a PowerPoint deck.
