Promotion opportunities. Great project leaders and peers on some projects.

Cons

Everything is really project dependent. Some projects have long hours and little leadership support. Not all projects are scoped properly and it results in the team being overworked. Feedback can also be inconsistent depending on project leadership.

Obsession with growth can make projects intense and not fruitful. Can sometimes over sell capabilities on projects which makes delivering on promises made during the project sell period / scoping challenging and makes management angry.
