was very flexible with work arrangements, including living in other cities / working remote. some very fun people are still there. willing to hire people people with visas and people straight out of college

Cons

people are just rude. very inappropriate in front of outsiders. projects rarely know what they want before asking for a lot of work. lived in fear of getting fired.

Pros

Small company and a lot of exposure to a lot of clients in different industries.

Cons

Felt pressure to do things I didn't like. Culture of selling vaporware and being dishonest to clients. Compensation promises do not come to fruition. No training whatsoever. Very negative environment.
